Cuboh (YC S19)

Cuboh is an integrations platform that consolidates restaurant delivery orders from multiple marketplaces and routes them into POS systems. In restaurant ops, reliability is the product: a single dropped or duplicated order causes immediate revenue loss and customer frustration.

Problem: Cuboh had to solve:

• Integration sprawl: every delivery app and POS has different APIs, formats, and failure modes
• High-stakes uptime: order routing can’t “mostly work”
• Asynchronous complexity: retries, idempotency, and queueing must be built correctly to avoid duplicates
