Boat.rent is a two-sided marketplace connecting boat owners with renters. Marine rentals have real-world complexity (variable pricing, add-ons, scheduling constraints, and customer support edge cases) that typical “nightly booking” marketplaces don’t handle well.

Problem: Boat.rent needed a platform that could support:

• Complex pricing that changes based on multiple variables (captain, fuel, add-ons, duration)
