Arketa is a SaaS platform for fitness/wellness studios (booking, checkouts, marketing).

Problem: As Arketa gained traction, their small tech team (3 developers) needed to transition the product from an early MVP to a production-grade, scalable platform. They lacked robust DevOps processes and cloud infrastructure.

Solution: Horizon Labs established a reliable DevOps pipeline and cloud environment. We:

Built CI/CD pipelines linked to GitHub to automate testing and deployment.
Automated multi-environment deployments (development, staging, production).
Containerized services with Docker and set up Kubernetes orchestration on Google Cloud.
Instituted testing frameworks and coding best practices.

Outcome: Development velocity and reliability improved dramatically. Arketa could deploy features rapidly and safely. By the time Arketa grew to ~30–40 employees, they had a solid, automated SDLC in place. Deployments became fast and repeatable, enabling quicker customer releases.
