Arketa is a SaaS platform for fitness/wellness studios (booking, checkouts, marketing).
As Arketa gained traction, their small tech team (3 developers) needed to transition the product from an early MVP to a production-grade, scalable platform. They lacked robust DevOps processes and cloud infrastructure.
Horizon Labs established a reliable DevOps pipeline and cloud environment. We:
Development velocity and reliability improved dramatically. Arketa could deploy features rapidly and safely. By the time Arketa grew to ~30–40 employees, they had a solid, automated SDLC in place. Deployments became fast and repeatable, enabling quicker customer releases.
Production hardening + DevOps foundation: CI/CD tied to GitHub, automated multi-env deploys, Docker containerization, Kubernetes on GCP, and testing/process improvements.
