AidHub
AidHub.io simplifies access to government aid programs, connecting you quickly to education, housing, and food support.
Aidhub.io set out to reduce the friction people face when trying to find and qualify for public assistance programs. Information is often scattered across different agencies, eligibility rules are unclear, and users abandon the process due to confusion and time cost.
Problem: The team needed an MVP that could:
- Help users quickly understand “what do I qualify for?”
- Reduce repeated form-filling and dead-end applications
- Make program information maintainable as policies and links change
Solution: Horizon Labs supported the MVP build by focusing on a “fast answers first” flow: guiding users through a short eligibility intake, returning relevant programs, and clearly showing next steps and required documentation. We also planned the underlying data structure so new programs could be added without breaking the experience.
Outcome:
- MVP ready to test with real users and iterate
- Reduced ambiguity in the application journey via structured next steps
- Enabled non-engineering updates to program content via admin workflows
Implemented Platform Features:
- Eligibility questionnaire
- Program matching/results
- Program detail pages
- Admin management for programs/links
- Analytics events
Tech Stack:
- Webflow
- Airtable
- React
