Digital Marketing Manager

What you will deliver (first 90 days)

  • Pipeline model and baseline: clear ICP, MQL/SQL definitions, and a single dashboard (GA4 + CRM) with traffic, CVR, CPL, and booked-call metrics.
  • Site and tracking readiness: GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console, UTM governance, and CRM sync; speed-to-lead automation with SLA <15 minutes.
  • Content system: editorial calendar published; 8+ search-driven pieces live (founder stories, case studies, teardown posts), each with a matching CTA and lead magnet.
  • SEO foundation: technical audit fixed, internal linking plan, and a priority keyword list with briefs; first rank movements tracked.
  • Paid acquisition: launch 2–3 controlled tests (Google Search, LinkedIn). Targets defined and met for CTR, QS, and first CPL; creative and LPs iterated twice.
  • CRO: landing page program with A/B tests; form friction reduced; LP conversion ≥3–5% on primary offer.
  • Nurture: 3–5-email sequences for cold leads, warm leads, and no-show reschedules; meeting show rate ≥75%.
  • Qualified pipeline: consistent flow of ≥12 qualified intro calls/month by day 90, with source attribution.

Responsibilities

  • Own the demand gen plan end to end: goals, channels, budget, experiments, and weekly reporting.
  • Build and maintain ICP, offers, and messaging with sales; align calendars for campaigns and launches.
  • Plan and ship content: briefs, outlines, edits; coordinate writers/design; repurpose to LinkedIn, newsletter, and webinars.
  • Run SEO: technical fixes, on-page optimization, structured data, internal links, and link-earning outreach.
  • Run paid: keyword/audience strategy, ad creative, landing pages, and budgets with tight UTM tracking.
  • Drive CRO: test hypotheses, design experiments, analyze results, and roll wins.
  • Manage lifecycle: lead scoring, routing, and nurture; enforce speed-to-lead and follow-up SLAs.
  • Build enablement: case studies, one-pagers, slide snippets, and email sequences for sales.
  • Maintain data quality: dashboards, source-of-truth metrics, and tidy CRM hygiene.
  • Coordinate freelancers and vendors; keep delivery on a two-week cadence.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in B2B demand gen or growth for an agency or SaaS, with proof of pipeline created.
  • Hands-on SEO and paid (Google Search and LinkedIn) experience with measurable results.
  • Strong analytics: GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console, and CRM/marketing automation (HubSpot or similar).
  • Clear copywriting for technical audiences; landing page and ad creative literacy.
  • CRO practice: A/B testing, statistical basics, and form/conversion patterns.
  • Working knowledge of Webflow or a modern CMS; basic HTML/CSS.
  • Project management with two-week sprints and async updates.
  • Time-zone overlap: minimum 4 hours with Pacific Time or Türkiye time, depending on team.
  • Based in the United States or Turkey.
