6-month warranty
Every line of code we ship carries a 6-month warranty. If we wrote a bug, we fix it — no change-order, no invoice.
Fixed price, no surprise change-orders
We scope in writing before you sign. Out-of-scope gets its own SOW. The agreed number is the number you pay.
US-led delivery
Delivery leads sit in San Jose and Irvine. US-law contracts. SOC 2 / NIST-aligned practices. No surprises about where your code lives.
Exit clause
Month-to-month on the Embedded Team tier; 30-day notice. Code is yours from day one. No lock-in, no buyout.
How does the 6-month warranty actually work?
If you find a bug in code we wrote, inside 6 months of delivery, we fix it on our clock. Applies to every tier. The one exception is scope changes — if you ask for new behavior, that's a new SOW.
Why flat pricing instead of hourly?
Hourly incentivizes the vendor to go slow. Flat pricing means we make money when we ship, which is also when you want us to make money. Corros told us on the record: we work "without surprises, with well-set estimations and expectations."
Who are the engineers on my team?
Same people for the whole engagement. US-led delivery leads from MAANG + YC backgrounds. A typical pod is a delivery lead + 2 senior engineers. No junior contractors rotated in.
Can we start with a Sprint and upgrade later?
Half our Embedded Team clients started as a Sprint or MVP. That's the point of the ladder — prove the fit cheaply, then commit.
Do you do fixed-price on the Embedded Team tier?
No — that tier is monthly by design. You get the same people reliably, and you can cancel with 30 days notice. For fixed-scope work use the MVP Build tier.
What about NDAs, IP, and ownership?
You own the code from day one. We sign your NDA before the scoping call. US-law contracts. Exports/handoffs on demand.
