2\. Estimation & Quote Process Within 3-4 business days, we'll be ready with follow-up questions and a draft of our understanding of your requirements. Your project estimate will include clear timelines, deliverables, and communication. The final proposal & supporting documents will be included in your contract. If this is urgent and you need us to work the weekend, please let us know.
3\. Sign & Enter Engagement Mode Once you sign your contract via DocuSign, we switch to Engagement Mode🚀. We'll schedule your weekly syncs, bi-weekly progress reports, and real-time access to our team within 24 hours of receiving your signed contract.
4\. Post-Project Code & Follow-Up Guarantee When the contract ends, we stand behind our work. Ask us about our code guarantee and how we remain available for any follow-up assistance. As a small business we care about our customers and our reputation as valuable technical partners. If we make a mistake, we will do everything we can to fix it.
